Not necessarily. Depending on your goals, you may be able to achieve your goal physique from home. If you are looking to build lean mass, resistance training will be necessary at a gym. That being said, gyms are very competitively priced these days, and you should be able to find ones that start at $10-40 per month.
That depends on your metabolism, starting points, hormones, schedule, ability to prep meals, diligence, consistency, etc… That’s why this program is so beneficial and is getting real people sustainable results. We focus on the unique needs of each individual instead of just tossing you on a restrictive plan that will cause you to lose a bit of weight on the front end, but will leave you with decreased energy and sex drive, a hampered metabolism, lack of motivation, and an inability to sustain those results. If you’re looking for a quick fix, go elsewhere. We are here to help you lose the weight and keep it off for the rest of your life.

That’s easy. We have a suite of coaches with over 60 years of experience that are here for you every step of the way. You have 24-hour text access, weekly coaching calls, group coaching calls with head coaches Eric and Brad, a full learning portal, and much more. This isn’t a plug and play model, we listen to your biofeedback (hunger levels, soreness, sleep quality, energy levels, mood, etc) as well as your human feedback (enjoyment of workouts and nutrition, consistency, setbacks, questions, etc) to optimize your whole process as we go.
Of course, that’s what we’re here for. A plateau (or perceived plateau) is your body’s way of telling you that you are at homeostasis in your body’s energy balance. We will break through that with a shift in your nutritional specificity or training output. Regardless of the reason, we’ll get to the bottom of it and continue to push you towards your goals.
Yes. This program is predicated on the education of our clientele as they move through the program. This is accompanied by our FT5 metabolic blueprint in which we will increase your intake and optimize your training to put you in the best place to succeed, but will also teach you the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ so you can maintain it on your own.
Yes, we want you to still have the ability to live your life. We can discuss options to make that work for you within the scope of your plan so you can still see results.
We are not doctors, so we will never prescribe supplements or vitamins. We will also never suggest you use fat burners or other thermogenics which are a waste of money. We would only suggest supplements that may improve digestion, energy levels, sleep, or deficiencies stemming from your nutrition.
After the program, there are two options;
1. You can accelerate into our veterans program for a lesser cost and still receive updated training and nutrition plans, accountability, coaching access, etc. This is a month-to-month commitment.
2. You can take what we’ve taught you and run with it! We give you all of the tools to maintain your results, or to continue to push towards new goals all on your own.
Yes... With the caveat that the more specificity we can have on your nutrition, the better. Restaurants often use lots of oil and additives in their food to make it taste better, and can be hard to track accurately towards your total macronutrient goals. Additionally, preparing and eating your own food allows you to have complete control over what you’re putting into your body. So a meal out here or there within the parameters of your plan is ok, but if you’re planning on doing it daily, you likely won’t see the results you are looking for.
Of course, we build out your programs from scratch and have had many clients with night shifts in our program that have seen tremendous results.

Yes. We can utilize a more macro-based model which will give you more flexibility to eat a greater diversity of foods and track them as you progress through your day. That being said, if you plan on eating out every day at work, this will be tough since that will be hard to track. We would suggest planning ahead and having some non-perishable options available.
Yes. On our intake form, you will include any foods that you do not care for, and we will never include these in your plan.
That’s ok. You won’t need to know a single exercise by name because there is a video for every exercise in your program, and it is app supported. You can also send us a video of any exercise for form review and we will give you same-day feedback (as long as you reach us during normal business hours)
